It is with deep love and heartfelt remembrance that we honor the life of Anna Norine Bacon, 79, who passed away on Sunday, March 15, 2026. She was a remarkable woman whose presence brought light, kindness, and faith to all who knew her.
Norine was a woman of unwavering faith, guided by her love for God in every aspect of her life. Her belief was not only something she held close, it was something she shared freely, often greeting everyone she met, whether friend or stranger, with a joyful “hello” and a heartfelt “God bless you.” Those simple words carried the warmth and sincerity that defined her spirit.
Norine took immense pride in her home, especially her yards, which she kept in pristine condition. To her, tending to them was more than a task, it was a reflection of her care, discipline, and appreciation for beauty. Her dedication turned ordinary spaces into places of peace and admiration.
Norine also found joy in life’s simple pleasures, especially sharing meals, eating out at her favorite spots, Al Castello and The Wine Cellar. These outings were more than just dining, they were moments of connection, laughter, and love.
Above all, Norine will be remembered for her kindness, her strong faith, and the way she made every person feel seen and welcomed. Her legacy lives on in the countless lives she touched with her gentle spirit and generous heart.
Norine is survived by her dear friends Tina and Richard Chircop and their family, Evangeline Wyatt and her family, many godchildren, very caring neighbors and friends, and her sister Judy Hooper. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Donnie Bacon, and her parents Maxine and Fred Grevstad.
A private celebration of Norine’s life will be held with family and close friends. As we say goodbye, we hold close the image of Norine’s warm smile and her familiar “God bless you,” knowing those words will echo in our hearts forever.
