Barbara Lois Garcia, age 76, of Winton, California passed away on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at Turlock Nursing Rehabilitation in Turlock, California. Barbara was born in Arkansas to Mary Lois Wegel and Charles Bare.
Barbara is survived by her daughter Heather Garcia and her husband Felipe Ruiz of Winton. She also leaves behind her 5 grandchildren Lily (Josh), Victoria, Cameron, Faith and Marshall to honor her memory.
Barbara was preceded in death by her spouse pf 45 years, Bruce Garcia.
Barbara was a licensed cosmetologist who loved doing hair for over 30 years. Barbara was the best grandma and loved baking and cooking with her grandkids. She also loved sewing and she was so good at it that she made all the Halloween Costumes and dresses for formals for her daughter Heather and her grandkids. Barbara was very creative and made custom themed birthday cakes every year for Heather. Barbara was a loving, caring mom and grandma who will be missed and loved always. She has gone home to be with her loving husband Bruce.
