Mr. Davis is survived by his daughter Yvonne Davis of Menlo Park, California, four grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife VEsser Davis, daughter Yvette Clark, and his parents Elizabeth and John Davis.
Cecil was a dedicated member of Stewart Chapel AME Zion Church in Redwood City, California and served in the Korean War.
A funeral service for Mr. Cecil Davis will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, December 18, 2017 at Stewart Chapel AME Zion Church: 536 Hurlingame Avenue, Redwood City, California 94363. A committal service will occur after the service at Skylawn Memorial Park: Highway 92 at Skyline Boulevard, San Mateo, California 94402.
