Mrs. Deolinda Pereira Pacheco age 83 of Turlock “Entered into Rest” on Friday, April 5, 2013 in Modesto, California. Mrs. Pacheco was a homemaker for 60 years and has lived in Turlock for the last 8 years previously in San Jose for several years. She was a member of Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church. Mrs. Pacheco is survived by her Husband Gabriel Cunha Pacheco of Turlock and they were married for 60 years; Three Sons – Hernani G. Pacheco and his Wife Ilda of San Jose, Ulisses M. Pacheco and his Wife Sandra of San Jose and Paul J. Pacheco and his Wife Elsa of San Jose; Two Daughters – Elvina de Fatima da Silva of Turlock and Ana M. Picanço and her Husband Donaldo of San Jose; Sister Grimualda Parreira da Silva of Terceira, Azores; 10 Grandchildren – Sandra da Silva, Elena da Silva, Elizabeth da Silva, Daniel Picanço, Katrina Pacheco, Nicholas Picanço, Samantha Pacheco, Shawn Pacheco, Ashley Pacheco and Gabriela Pacheco and 4 Great Grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 11, 2013 from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Whitehurst, Norton & Dias Funeral Chapel, 286 W. Main St., Turlock and Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at the Chapel. Funeral Mass will be on Friday, April 12, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church, 2602 S. Walnut Rd., Turlock. Interment will follow the Mass at Turlock Memorial Park, 575 N. Soderquist Rd., Turlock.
