Dwayne David Gabrielson

Dwayne was born in January of 1953 in Wisconsin to Arthur and Ethelyn Gabrielson.

Dwayne is survived by: his wife of 39 years Carolyn Gabrielson of Santa Barbara; son Daniel Gabrielson of Santa Barbara; son Benjamin G. Gabrielson of Sacramento; daughter Kara DuVall and her husband David of Chicago; father Arthur Gabrielson; sister Lona Loudenslager and her husband Craig of Turlock.

Dwayne was preceded in death by his mother Ett Lorraine Gabrielson (née Blad), and brother Wayne Gabrielson.

Mr. Gabrielson was a member of Montecito Covenant Church, Turlock Covenant Church, the Turlock and Santa Barbara Rotary Clubs, and was previously a board member of Turlock Christian Schools. He loved to spend his time playing his trombone or with his friends and family.

A visitation will be held from 3-7 PM Friday, February 9, 2018 at Whitehurst-Norton-Dias Funeral Service: 286 W. Main Street Turlock, CA.

A celebration of life for Dwayne will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Turlock Covenant Church: 316 S. Laurel Street, Turlock, California. He will be laid to rest privately.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Dwayne's name to the Covenant Village Benevolent Fund: 2125 N. Olive Avenue Turlock, CA 95382.
