Age 68 entered into rest with his family by his side in Turlock, CA. He was born in Semarang, Indonesia and was a Stock Clerk for Stanislaus County for 11 years; he enjoyed gardening, music and fishing.

Survivors:

Wife - Luan B. Hamar of Turlock of 30 years. Son - Travis Hamar and his wife Brooke of Portland, Maine. Daughters- Tracy Bradley and her husband James of Virginia Beach, Virginia and Trisha Hamar of Buena Park, CA. 4 Brothers- Ronald Hamar de la Brethoniere and his wife Zenaida of San Pedro, CA; Bernard (Ben) Hamar de la Brethoniere and his wife Phoebe of Raceland, Kentucky; Paul Hamar de la Brethoniere and his wife Bonnie of Tampa, Florida; and David Hamar de la Brethoniere and his wife Suzanne of Tampa, Florida. 3 Sisters- Esther Gagliardi and her husband Rudy of Tampa, Florida; Alice (Lenny) Hamar de la Brethoniere of Spokane, Washington; and Joyce Kibbe and her husband Bob of Tampa, Florida. Mother-in-law- Srini Dirjoprawiro of Turlock, CA. 3 Grandchildren: Jasmine, Aidan, and Maggie. A multitude of nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his brother Hugo (Al) Hamar de la Brethoniere, and his 2 sisters, Sonja Hamar de la Brethoniere and Nancy Hamar de la Brethoniere.

A private service will be held at a later time.
