Joe, I'm going to miss you. You always had a story or a joke or witty remark every time I saw you. Ever since you officially retired your visits to Bertolotti Disposal became sporadic and I missed you then. But not your math! It seemed every time I ordered some tires from you I received two more, which I referred to as Joe's math. By the way, I only allowed you to get away with it, as well as interrupting my lunch. Noone else thus far has acheived that level of respect from me, though some are close. Even Danny has a ways to go yet. All that aside, my hearfelt condolences to your wife and family for their loss.  You will be missed.

Pop 11 Year's was not long enough to know a great person like you. From the first day I met you you welcomed me into the family with open arms and jokes. Every time I seen you you had a smile and joke to tell me. I will miss you more then words can describe. My condolences to MaryAnn and family.  Joe was nice to everybody.  When he got his drivers license he always gave me a ride to school.   I haven't seen him in awhile but he will be deeply missed.

Joe you will be missed. I remember when we first met. 1982 you were selling hardware for Bowman Ind. I will miss all of your stories. You were a good man and well loved by everybody.

Joe, you've been a shining light & example.  Our neighborhood has set its tone from your model of inviting folks to talk in your garage & driveway.  GOD's throne now welcomes you, and we must learn to welcome each other on El Dorado while missing you dearly.  
Thank You, Lord, for lending us Your wonderful creation, Joe.  Give comfort to his family with warm memories of his love for them.  May we glorify You & join the communion of saints when You call us home.

Papa you were a gooda man, always making everyone laugh! I miss you more and more everyday, sometimes I think this is a bad dream that I'm waiting to wake up from so I can see you again. I know you're still with us and you'll always be! I love you with all of my heart forever! Thank you for everything I will never forget you or any of your jokes! You are forever in our hearts! And I promise you we'll take care of Grandma for you!

Papa, you were the best man a girl could have in her life, every time I called you you were right there for me no matter what! I could always count on you for anything. I love you so much and I can't really believe you're gone, sometimes I just feel like you're at work. Thank you for being a Father figure in my life even tho you didn't have to! Also thank you for our little talks about how I didn't need a boyfriend lol but then when you met my boyfriend Jordan you feel in love with him. Papa was always trying to be tough guy but he was the sweetest kindest man I know. I cant thank you enough or truly tell you how much you meant to me but I know that you knew how much all of us grandkids looked up to you and loved hearing your jokes. I'll never stop thinking about you and loving you. Please watch over our family like you always did and be our guardian angel which I know you'll do! Love your granddaughter Ashley

Joe, you were the most kind hearted person i'd ever met. Im so happy that you were able to be a part of my life and letting me be a part of Ashley's. You were the closest thing to a grandfather to me and I couldn't  have asked for anything more. Thank you for everything you've done from the bottom of my heart.

I am so sorry for your loss. I was fortunate enough to meet the Rose family a couple years ago, and from the very first minute, it was obvious that Joe never met a stranger. I will always be fond of the moments, standing in the garage bench-racing and talking old cars.

To Pop I love you with all my heart there's not a day that will go by that I won't miss you you were my grandpa and my friend you were always there for me and you made me the man I am today thank you for your beautiful life and ur kind heart thank you for teaching me everything I know I love you more then words can express right now I can't think of a life without you there is so much to go on and I don't wanna do it without your help you have the best advice so if there is someway you can guide me in the right direction please do so I love you papa joe
