Known for her love of traveling and fun spirit, Nova was as competitive as she was adventurous. She loved to bake for everyone in the neighborhood, she enjoyed having everyone over for card games where the objective was to have fun. She was always up for going for a ride in one the antique cars or jeeps her sons restored, so much so that she was given the nickname of "Go". Nova loved her children, her family and her dogs; she made everyone feel welcomed and loved. She will be missed; her memory will be remembered with love.
Nova is survived by her sons, Thomas L. Howlett (Ruby) of Reno, Nevada, Tony A. Howlett (Becki) of Fernley, Nevada and Atwell B. Howlett of Delhi, California. Nova leaves behind her two granddaughters Corinna and Emily Howlett to honor her memory.
Nova was preceded in death by her father Clyde Oren Mayberry and her mother Maude Lovella Mayberry; her brother Doyle E. Mayberry; her sister Audrey L. Helton; her brother Richard L. Mayberry along with another brother who passed away at birth.
