Raymond M. Goncalves

Raymond M. Goncalves, age 84, of Manteca, California passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2020. Raymond was born August 12, 1935 in Santo Antão , Topo São Jorge, Açores to Manuel M. Martins and Madalena E. Santa.

Raymond is survived by his spouse, Teresa L. Goncalves of Manteca; son Peter Goncalves of Escalon; and daughter Elizebath Haley (Thomas) of Manteca; sister Maria Altaffer of Washington, sister Laurdes Azevedo of Modesto and sister Teresa Olivera of San Jose. Mr. Goncalves had eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren to honor his memory.

He was a member of Saint Patrick's Catholic Church in Escalon, California.

A recitation of the rosary followed by funeral mass for Raymond will be held from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Friday, March 6, 2020 at Saint Patrick's Catholic Church, 19399 CA-120, Ripon, California. Following will be a committal service at Saint John's Catholic Church, 19399 CA-120, Ripon, California.

Serving as pallbearers are Manuel Paulo, Jorge Paulo, Thomas Haley and Joseph Borba.
