Mr. Steven Ray Allen passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on December 1, 2015 at his residence in Turlock California, he was 63 years old and was a native of Paul’s Valley, Oklahoma. Steven is survived by his Mother- Willie Retana of Modesto, Daughter-Andria Jan Allen also of Modesto. 3 Brothers- Jon Allen of Dry Town, CA. Vanoia Allen of Fernley, NV. & Dann Allen of Modesto. 4 Sisters- Susie Baze of Stockton, CA. Kathy Shalver of Duran OK. Patti Haro of Modesto, & Kimberly Walls of Klamath, Or. Mr. Allen is preceded in death by his Father Jessie Eugene Allen, Sr.
