Growing up in Mississippi, after finishing school and obtaining her degree, Ms. Perkins discovered her love of all sports. On any Saturday you would find her watching her beloved Alabama play. Whether it was football, basketball, gymnastics, you name it, she was always supporting Alabama sports, Roll Tide! There was no greater fan. Ms. Perkins loved Alabama football, her family & her dogs, Skipper Lou, Maggie & Sadie.
Ms. Perkins is predeceased by her parents, Walter and Lonie Martin. She is survived by her two sons, Martin Anthony “Tony” Perkins (Donna) of Brandon, MS and Michael Ray “Mike” Perkins of Jacksonville, FL. Brother, Jack Martin (Fay), Winnsboro, TX and sister Walterine Hester of Winnsboro, TX. Grandsons, Tyler Perkins and Barrett Perkins, of Jacksonville, FL. Kyle Rogers and Zach Rogers (Katie) of Brandon, MS and Greatgranddaughters Avie Rogers and Hattie Rogers of Brandon, MS.
