TUSCALOOSA – Diane Channell Middlebrooks, age 65, passed away May 9, 2022 at DCH Regional Medical Center. Graveside services will be 3 p.m. Friday, May 13, 2022 in Memory Hill Gardens with Memory Chapel Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to services at the funeral home.
Ms. Middlebrooks was preceded in death by her husband, Terry Middlebrooks; parents, Mitchell and Ruby Channell; infant son, Daniel Wayne; sister, Barbara Ann Compton; and brother, Johnny Lynn Channell.
She is survived by her sons, Anthony Middlebrooks and Marcus Middlebrooks (Sharice); sister, Linda Hall; brother, Stan Channell (Bobbie); grandchildren, Korey and Kane; and nephews, Michael Allen and Scott Allen.
