Douglas was a resident of Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Carl W. & Helen Summers Scott; and a brother, Thomas O. Scott.
He is survived by his sister, Brenda K. Lard and a brother, Travis D. Scott.
A Graveside Service will be held at Bryce Hospital Cemetery on March 18, 2026, at 11:00 am.
