James Leon Taylor Jr. of Tuscaloosa passed away November 11, 2023 at the age of 54. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Katie Taylor, and his sister Cherre Taylor. He is survived by three aunts Dot Dockery, Vera Taylor and Pat Arnold and a host of cousins and friends. Lynn was a graduate from Hillcrest High, worked for Food World for many years and was known for having an "eye for a bargain" and a comical personality.
Lynn's graveside service will be held at Oak Grove Cemetery at 2 pm on November 17, 2023. Pallbearers are Ricky Dockery, Dustin Dockery, Josh Freeman, Hunter Lee, Randy Lee, Stephen Walker. Honorary pallbearers include friends and family of the Oak Grove community and the doctors and nurses of DCH.
