TUSCALOOSA – Jerrell K. Hubbard, age 83, passed away August 8, 2021 at Hospice of West Alabama. Services will be 3 p.m. Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at Memory Chapel Funeral Home with Bro. Doug Eads officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Hill Gardens. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
Mr. Hubbard was preceded in death by his wife, Martha; parents, Eunice and Judge S. Hubbard; sisters, Elizabeth Clary and Sandra Kinard; and brother, Judge Hubbard.
He is survived by his daughter, Loretta Felts (Kyle); sisters, Nina Kerley (Doug), Vonda Brown (Paul), and Linda Davis (Ken); brothers, John Hubbard (Rena), Larry Hubbard (Susan), Oscar Hubbard (Donna), and Tony Hubbard; grandchildren, Holly Averette (Beau) and Jill Felts; and great-grandchildren, Christian, Emmalyn, Samuel, and Dovie.
Pallbearers will be Roger Kinard, Randy Bush, Marty Hubbard, Jeff Hubbard, Mike Hubbard, Beau Averette, and Doug Kerley.
Honorary pallbearers are Hospice of West Alabama, One Hope Church, First Wesleyan Best Years Fellowship, Ada Chapel Bible Methodist Church of West Blocton, and Dr. Brian Wilhite.
