She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Sullivan; daughter, Lenita Acker; grandson, Joshua Acker; parents, Ruth and Carlis Beams.
Sara is survived by her grandson, Carlis Acker; granddaughter, Lauren Acker; great grandchildren, Lindsey, Leah and Gray Acker; sister, Alma Pugh.
Sara as a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She had a heart of gold and loving hands. She always cared for others and was unowned for the smile she always had. The family would like to give a special thanks to Fannie Lee, Edith Robertson, Maric Pizzaro, and Beacon Hospice. Pallbearers are Carlis Acker, Marshal Lavender, Bill Trawesk, Nathan Keys, Robert Stone and Johnathan Jackson.
