Sharon Joy Bell, age 57, of Coaling, died May 23, 2011, at DCH Regional Medical Center. Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Heritage Funeral Home Chapel with Bart Latner officiating and Heritage Chapel Funeral Home & Cremations, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
She was preceded in death by James and Joyce Hancock; and her son, Beau Bell.
Survivors include her daughter, Jamie Suzanne Gullet, age 35; brothers, Perry and James Hancock; grandchildren, Chad Blair White, age 19, Kayla Elizabeth, age 13, and Ashtian Joy Allen, age 11.
Born in Tuscaloosa, Sharon attended Coaling Baptist Church and loved to read and plant flowers. She was also a proud mother and grandmother.
