Thomas Cecil Elmore, age 83, of Tuscaloosa, died Sept. 17, 2012, at DCH Regional Medical Center. Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Memory Chapel Funeral Home with Bro. John Nixon officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Hill Gardens with Memory Chapel Funeral Home, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
He was preceded in death by his father, Harvey Elmore; his mother, Evie Guy Elmore; his brother, Leon Elmore; his sister, Mildred Elmore Driver; and his brother-in-law, Leland Driver.
Survivors include his wife, Clarice Fleming Elmore of Forest Manor Nursing Home; his daughter, Deborah Elmore McGee (Steve) of Gordo; his sister, Doris Nell Reese (Hilton) of Gordo; his sister-in-law, Lois Elmore; his grandchildren, Josh McGee (Melissa) and Amy McGee (Patrick); and six great-grandchildren.
