Gerald Wayne Broyles, 62, of Tyler, passed away on March 3, 2017 at Christus Mother Frances Hospital. Graveside services will be held at Tyler Memorial Park at 2:00PM, Saturday, March 18, 2017 with Bro. Dale Wilt officiating. Visitation will be one hour before the service.
Gerald was born on May 2, 1954 in Nashville, Tennessee. He was a great friend, father and grandfather who just wanted to make the best out of life. He loved all his grandchildren, daughters and sons with all his heart.
He loved being around his family and enjoyed the great outdoors and activities with his grandkids. He also enjoyed traveling and going places with his best friend for life Wanda McMillan. He also enjoyed having cookouts, gatherings with friends, especially his son-in-law Jerry Parker.
Other survivors include his six children, Cristy Olson, Denise Parker, Allen Broyles, Gary Broyles, Amanda Hill, Heath Kirkpatrick. He is also survived by his mother Juanita Broyles and thirteen grandchildren: Deion Ross, Aaliyah Broyles, Jaciee Parker, Samantha Olson, Jason Olson, Sophia Heiman, Maddison Hanna, Jacob Olson, Emma Flemming, Jamal Kirkpatrick, Kelsy Kirkpatrick, Jeremiah Hill, Jazelle Hill, two brothers; Michael Broyles and Pete Broyles, two sisters; Kimberly Lackey and Teresa Mosher.
