Vicente Pizana Monteagudo

Mr. Monteagudo was born on March 2, 1924 in Mexico to Vicente P and Maria Pizana Monteagudo and passed away on March 1, 2018 in Tyler.

Formerly of McAllen and Wichita Falls he had lived in Tyler more than 53 years and was a member of Broadway Baptist Church and retired from Tyler Pipe in 1987 after 24 years.

Survivors include his wife Maria Monteagudo of Tyler; sons Vicente Ortiz and wife Edna of San Antonio; Marco Monteagudo and wife Marlene of Alamogordo, NM; Sonny Monteagudo and wife Karen of Winona; and Ben Monteagudo of Canton; daughter Ana Swiger and husband John of Tampa, FL; 10 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and sister Julia Cobos and husband Arturo of Weslaco.

Mr. Monteagudo was preceded in death by his parents and son Juan Ortiz and surviving wife, Cindy of Texarkana, AK.
