Mrs. Cullinan was born on January 12, 1919 in Forgan, Oklahoma to Francis Harrison and Mary Edith Waite Taylor and passed away on December 9, 2015 in Tyler.
She was a homemaker and a member of West Irwin Church of Christ. During WWII she worked at Boeing Aircraft in Wichita, Kansas where she met her husband.
Survivors include daughters: Mary Moore, of Tyler and Joan Frances Steele, of Katy; grandchildren; Karla Puebla, Daniel Haile, Melanie Baker, Christine McSherry, Mary Elaine McLarry, Corinne Pieper, Leigh Anne Rozell and Jessica Alexander and 13 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Loo Cullinan on December 19, 2013.
Visitation will be 2:00pm until service at the funeral home on Saturday.
Arrangements are under the direction of Tyler Memorial Funeral Home.
