She was born on February 17, 1950 in Middletown, CT to the late Roger and Eleanor (Schmidl) Rathbun.
She loved tending to her garden and collecting lawn ornaments for her beautiful yard. She enjoyed spending her free time with friends and family.
Barbara is survived by her son William F. Passero Jr. and his children; Kristy, Olivia and Madison, her son Shawn J. Passero and his children; Kayla-Marie and Mason, daughter Kathleen L. Passero and her daughter Kelly Sheeler, daughter Crystal J. Passero-Daigle and her children; Tyler Losacano and Nicole, one great-grandchild Jayden, several nieces and nephews and her significant other, Theodore A. “Butch” Gray Sr., with whom she made her home for many years.
A Memorial Gathering will be held on Sunday, August 5th, 2012 from 3pm till ? at the Montville American Legion Post 112, Pink Row Montville, CT. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. The Montville Funeral Home of Church and Allen is assisting the family with these arrangements.
