Jacklyn Bradley Dent

Oakdale-Jacklyn P. Dent, age 60, of Oakdale, passed away on November 23, 2013 at Lawrence and Memorial Hosptial in New London. She was born in New London, CT on June 7, 1953 to Clarence and the late Lydia (Mattson) Bradley. She married her husband Roger Dent on June 5, 1974 in North Stonington.

Besides her loving husband, she is survived by a son Justin Dent of Oakdale, a daughter Jillian McHugh and her husband Shawn of Staten Island, NY, and grandchildren Candice Dent, Brixton Dent, Achilles McHugh, and Caitlin McHugh. She also leaves behind a brother James Bradley of Marlborough, Mass., and a sister Ellen Parke of Benecia, CA.

A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday December 3rd at 11:00 a.m. at the Groton Bible Chapel, 66 Toll Gate Road, Groton. Calling hours will be held that afternoon from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Montville Funeral Home of Church and Allen, 63 Norwich New London Turnpike, Uncasville.
