Janet I. (Paul) Trenn

Uncasville- Janet I. (Paul) Trenn, age 73 of Uncasville passed away peacefully at Hartford Hospital on February 27, 2017. Janet spent most of her life in Montville, but also lived in Felton, DE with her husband, Elton R. Trenn who predeceased her.

While Janet loved to read and watch Hallmark movies, her greatest love was talking about her precious grandchildren and showing anyone and everyone their pictures. She worked as a foreman at Rand-Whitney Containerboard in Uncasville before moving to DE

She is survived by her son F. Allen Paul and his wife, Susan of Uncasville, her son Charles Paul and his wife, Christina of Pleasanton, CA, her daughter Lorrie Jenkins and husband Donald of Foxboro, MA and grandchildren Stephan and Melissa Paul, Alexandra Jenkins, and Reneé, Karah, and Alia Paul as well as a great- granddaughter on the way. She also leaves behind her sisters Barbara Chagnon of TN and Susan Mauro (Michael) of Uncasville, sister in law Julie Trenn-Perez (David) and brother in-law Ronald Trenn as well as her mother in-law, Ruth Trenn all of NYC, and loving nieces and nephews.

She is also predeceased by her first husband, Frank A. Paul, Sr.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday, March 12, 2017 from 2 pm to 4 pm at the Montville Funeral Home of Church and Allen, 53 Norwich-New London Tpke, Uncasville. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the American Lung Association.
