Tabitha was a 2001 graduate of Norwich Free Academy.
She is survived by her daughter Jasmine Fowler, mother Margaret Hill and husband Bradley of Cranesville, PA, father Gary Knowles of Nebraska, brothers Ryan Engle of Norwich, Zachary Knowles of Oroville, CA, by several aunts and uncles and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her maternal grandparents John and Mary Engle and by her paternal grandparents Robert and Louis Knowles.
Calling hours will be held Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at the Montville Funeral Home of Church and Allen, 53 Rte 32, Montville, from 5 to 8 pm.
