My Sincerest condolences.  I have known Walt for many years through both Quaker Hill and Snake Meadow  gun clubs. I spent many hours cooking with him especially at Snake Meadow. He was always fun to be with and he always enjoyed when my wife and daughter came with me to go hunting. We will all miss him. I am sorry that I can not be with you you at this sad time as I am currently at Yale  recovering from surgery. My heartfelt thanks for his friendship and my thoughts are with all of you at this time.

Deepest sympathies go out to the entire Dombrowski family. Walt was one of a kind. Always stopping to speak to me in the grocery store, making me laugh. One of my fondest memories was after my wedding, I jokingly mentioned that I was going to get a freezer with some of the money I received from my guests, however I didn't have the venision he had promised me,to put in it. With in a week, Walt brought me a nice venision roast(with cooking instructions!) to Beit Bros. That's how he was, always giving and fulfilling his promises. My deepest condolences with your loss.. My late husband Bob (Lonnie) Malinowsky and Walter were great friends growing up here in Montville. I met and became friends with him in 1959, he was driving the Oakdale Outlaw at the Waterford speed bowl at that time.. We all enjoyed a special summer that year.. May he rest in peace..

I only knew Walt from being a huge race fan of his.  One of my all time favorites. Lost track of him over the years but still have great memories of him and the L&M. My thoughts are with him and his family. We have lost a great guy who I will always remember. Thanks for the memories God Speed.
