Arsenia was born in Calasiao, Philippines and immigrated to the United States in 1971, where she settled in Hillside, NJ. She was employed as a registered nurse at Beth Israel Medical Center, Newark for 24 years before her retirement in 1996.
Beloved wife of Rodolfo T. Castillo. Loving mother of Hazel Bourque and her husband Justin, Manuel Castillo and his wife Iris, and Faith Keppler and her husband David. Dear sister of Eileen Guarin. Adoring grandmother of Alexander and Benjamin Castillo. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will take place on Wednesday, September 3rd from 3-7 PM at McCracken Funeral Home, 1500 Morris Ave., Union. A service will take place at the funeral home at 6 PM. Cremation will be private.
