Born in Hillside, NJ on April 29, 1943 to the late Alex and Elizabeth Sopko.
Betty enjoyed her trips to the casino to play her slots, she was the secretary for the Jerzzets for many years in her bowling league at Jersey Lanes, avid shuffleboard bowling player and bingo player, and loved her music and going dancing.
She was predeceased by her loving husband Alfred, and a sister Alicia Negri.
Betty is survived by her two sons Tony and his wife Nichole and Michael Farinelli, granddaughter Kristi Farinelli, nephew Jackie Negri, and niece Nicole Baker-Pretty and her husband Tim Baker-Pretty great niece Lizzy Baker-Pretty.
