Gloria L. Sutherland, age 68, of Maplewood, NJ, passed away on Tuesday September 28, 2021. A service will be held at the Hawthorne Gospel Church 2000 State Route 208 Hawthorne, NJ, on Friday October 15, 2021 from 7-9 PM. A visitation will be held on Saturday September 16, 2021 from 9:30 to 11 AM at McCracken Funeral Home 1500 Morris Avenue Union, NJ. An interment will follow at Graceland Memorial Park, Kenilworth, NJ. Gloria was an immigration officer with the Department of Homeland Security. She was an active member of the Grace Gospel Church in Jersey City as well as Winners Chapel of Maplewood. Gloria was kind and selfless. She was always supportive of her family and friends. Devoted daughter of Amy Hazelwood Sutherland and the late Innis Sutherland. Loving sister of Olson and Ann Sutherland, Ruth Cuff, Mark, Stephanie, Moses, Ardon, Peter, Winston, Joel, Hilbourne Sutherland and the late Esther Sutherland. Gloria is also survived by many aunt, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
