James Joseph Devine

James was born in Livingston and lived in Elizabeth for one year before moving to Roselle Park. He was a graduate of Roselle Park High School. He was also a certified welder and attended Union County College. He was employed as an EMT for All Med and taught CPR and First Aid at Trinitas Hospital, Elizabeth. James was also a volunteer for the Roselle Park First Aid Squad. He was preparing to go into the service just days before his passing.

Cherished son of Dawn M. Fiorvante (Petracca) of Roselle Park and James John Devine of Rahway. Beloved brother of Thomas Devine of Roselle Park. Loving Grandson of Jospeh Petracca of Elizabeth. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

James is predeceased by his Grandmother Margaret Petracca, Grandmother Josephine Garron and Grandfather James J. Devine.

Visitation will take place on Sunday, June 7th from 12-4pm at McCracken Funeral Home, 1500 Morris Ave., Union NJ 07083. Cremation will be private.
