Jose Manuel Pinto

He was born in Portugal on February 6, 1955 to the late Jose and Maria Conceicao (nee Martins) Pinto.

José is survived by his loving wife Diane Elizabeth Pinto, a daughter Lisa Marie Pinto, a son José Michael Pinto, a sisters Teresa da Costa as well as his brother Joseph Pinto.

He was predeceased by his sister Maria Martins and his parents

José greatly enjoyed spending time outdoors gardening or doing carpentry work. He always loved helping others, taking care of his family and drinking coffee. It brought him great joy to have conversations with others, making people laugh and always feel included. He enjoyed watching sports specifically Soccer, Football, Baseball, Hockey and wrestling with his sidekick, “Chico”. He will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Relatives and friends and friends are invited to visit the McCracken Funeral Home, 1500 Morris Ave, Union, NJ 07083 on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A mass of Christian burial will be held at Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church, 971 Suburban Rd, Union, NJ 07083 on Thursday, February 27, 2025 at 10:30 AM followed by a burial at Graceland Memorial Park.
