

Marion A. Lum Mihalker, 96, of Manchester, N.J. passed away on Monday, September 27, 2021 at the Community Medical Center, Toms River, NJ.
Formerly of Union, she was born June 26, 1925 in Elizabeth, NJ to the late Samuel Clark and Marion Lum.
Marion is survived by 3 children Nancy Nolan, Diane Scrudato and husband Charles and John Mihalker, Jr., 6 Grandchildren Dee Schubiger and husband Eric, Jim Collins, Jessica Grzyb and husband Bob, Eric, Ryan and Sean Scrudato, as well as 6 Great Grandchildren, Nolan, Caden and Mason Schubiger, Kailee and Ashton Grzyb and Jimmy Collins.
She was predeceased by her husband John Mihalker, as well as her daughter and son-in-law Gail and Jim Collins.
Marion was a member of the Junior Women's Club of Connecticut Farms where she served as a past president, the Stafford Women's Club, Eastern Star, Rebecca Cornell Chapter of the DAR, Captain Joshua Huddy Chapter of the DAR, AARP of Long Beach Island, Deborah Hospital of Long Beach Island, Friends of the Library of Manahawkin and the New York Ski Club.
She was the happiest on her front porch, at the beach, in her garden and anywhere surrounded by nature. Her hobbies were swimming, skiing, sewing, photography and traveling. She will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit with the family on Tuesday October 5 from 10:30-11:00am at the Connecticut Farms Presbyterian Church, 888 Stuyvesant Ave, Union, NJ 07083. A funeral mass will take place at 11:00am followed by burial at Hollywood Memorial Park, 1500 Stuyvesant Ave, Union, NJ 07083.
