Ronald Benisz

Ron was born in Jersey City to Zygmunt and Emily Benisz. He attended Ferris High School and worked for Western Electric and AT&T for over 40 years. He served in the U.S. Army from 1960 to 1966, spending time in Germany while the Berlin Wall was constructed.

Ron loved spending time with his family, eating crabs, listening to Frank Sinatra, watching sports, and cooking shows. He took pride in making many delicious meals for his family.

Ron was predeceased by his parents and his brother, Edward.

Surviving are his devoted wife of 58 years, Louise; his loving daughters, Jennifer (Michael) Halloran, Rachel Benisz, and Stephanie (Edward) Barrett; his sister-in-law, Marian Florentine, his 8 cherished grandchildren, Alexandria, Lauren, Michael and Brian Halloran and Michael, Zachary, Julia and Amy Barrett.

The Benisz Family wishes to extend their gratitude to Bayada Home HealthCare staff for their compassion and commitment to Ron, especially Teri and his caring aide, Caroline.

Funeral services will be private.
