Teresa Suarez

Teresa Suárez, age 80, of Union, New Jersey passed away on Thursday, March 9, 2023. Teresa was born and raised in Colombia. She was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She was a creative soul that had a passion to learn and teach others, she loved to cook and would offer a plate of food to whoever entered her home. Teresa was always lending a helping hand to those in need, she always provided support and love to her family and worked tirelessly to provide the greatest opportunities to them. She was without doubt one of the strongest individuals in our family and will be greatly missed.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband, Gustavo Suarez, and her five children; Fernando, Gustavo, Patricia, Beatriz and her husband Hernando, Mario and his wife Karol, as well as her grandkids; Claudia and her husband Ryan, Joshua and his significant other Hayley, Manuela, Melissa, Juana, Ashley, Matthew, Gabrielle, Johann, and Christopher.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit the McCracken Funeral Home 1500 Morris Ave, Union, NJ on Sunday, March 12, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A funeral mass will be held at Holy Spirit Church, 971 Suburban Rd, Union, NJ on Monday, March 13, 2023 at 10:30 AM. Cremation will be private.
