Wayne was predeceased by his parents Raymond H. and Louise T. Blair, and his sister Joyce R. Garbinski. He is survived by his sister Diane L. Blair, of New York City and Springfield, as well as two nieces, two nephews, and 5 grand-nieces and nephews.
Friends and family may call on Thursday June 14 2012 from 7-9 PM at the McCracken Funeral Home 1500 Morris Ave Union. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday June 15 at 11AM with interment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Hillside.
