Eulalia is preceded in passing by her son Francisco Javier Perez. She is survived by her children Jesse Perez, Alma Rose Perez, and Benito Perez; her daughters-in-law Irene Perez and Donna Lynn Perez; her grandchildren Benny Perez Jr., Christopher Eric Perez, Bobby Perez, Moriah Noel Gallo, and Serena Marie Perez; and her great grandchildren Christopher Daniel Perez, Sam Perez, Sofia Jean Perez, Metzli Juarez, Jesiah Monroe Perez, Joshua Michael Gallo, Serenity Rose Dominguez and Gianna Lynn Gallo.

A funeral mass will occur Friday, June 28, 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 877 N. Campus Avenue, Upland, CA 91786. A committal service will occur Friday, June 28, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Bellevue Memorial Park, 1240 West G Street, Ontario, CA 91762. A reception to follow will occur Friday, June 28, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM at San Secondo d'Asti Catholic Church, 250 N. Turner Avenue, Ontario, CA 91761.
