Keith Timothy Manns Sr.

Keith passed away at home on Saturday, March 9, 2024. Keith was born in Los Angeles, California in 1968 to father William and mother Rossett. After graduating high school, Keith attended college for some time, and later went on to have a career as a campaign manager for several decades.
