She was born on September 29, 1934 at St. Luke's Hospital, Newburgh, New York to her parents, the late Joseph Visconti and Carmella Parren Visconti. She attended Newburgh City Schools. She married the love of her life, Bobbie W. Temple on August 3, 1952, at Sacred Heart Church, Newburgh, New York. They were married 60 years before his passing on April 16, 2013.
Family was the center of her life and she made homemaking her lifetime career. She worked in the school systems both in Saugerties, New York and Alta Loma, California, as a Food Service Worker and classroom and playground attendant. Working within the school system allowed her to be home when her children were home. She kept an immaculate home for her family preparing beautiful meals and fussing over her children. She was a loving and giving person, always thinking of everyone before herself. She had the most generous heart. She had a great love of fashions and always looked beautiful for every occasion. She had a great love for life and lived life to the fullest. She would advise everyone to live your life to the fullest. She loved to travel to Hawaii and Lake Tahoe with her husband. In her younger years in Lexington, Kentucky, she bowled two leagues and was an active member of St. Peter's Catholic Church as an Alter Society member. She loved to shop and do lunches out regularly with her three daughters and other loved ones who wanted to join in on the fun. Anyone who met her loved her. She had a tremendous love of life and youthful heart.
