

Rosie Relph was born in Guasti, California on March 20th, 1928. She was a resident of Ontario, CA for many years. She moved to Alta Loma, CA in 1967 and remained there until her loving husband, Everett Relph passed away in 2014 after 66 years of marriage. She then moved to San Clemente, CA for several years, and resided in San Juan Capistrano, CA for the last five years.
She leaves three children: John and (Debbie) Relph of Washougal, WA, Stefanie and (Charlie) Hermes of Sparks, Nevada, Shelley and (Kevin) Gaston of San Clemente, CA: grandchildren, Courtney and (Ardy) Kassakhian of Glendale, CA, Jeff Hermes of Atascadero, CA, Veronica and (Alex) Neely of Portland, Oregon, Natalie and (Daniel) Bagan of Sparks, Nevada and Garrett Gaston of Pasadena, CA. Rosie also leaves three great grandchildren: Charlie and Quincy Bagan and Armen Kassakhian, and a sister, Marie Swenson, brother-in-law, Jerry Swenson and many nieces and nephews.
Rosie graduated from Chaffey High School in 1946. She then worked as a secretary at Kaiser Steel. A few years later, she became a legal secretary for the firm of Maroney, Demchuk and Brandt until she retired. During that time, she was honored by being named Secretary of the Year and also served as President of the Ontario Legal Secretaries Association.
Rosie enjoyed varied interests throughout the years. She enjoyed playing tennis and golf with her husband, Everett, camping in the Bounder with her children and grandchildren, sewing, baking, crocheting, her nightly viewing of Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune, playing blackjack at the casinos on occasion, but most of all, she enjoyed playing any type of card or board game with her large extended family and many friends.
Rosie passed away on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, surrounded by loved ones. Services for Rosie will be held on Saturday, April 27th at 10:30 a.m. at Stone Funeral Home, 355 East Ninth Street, Upland, CA.
