My beloved friend. We had some great times together. I’ll treasure the texts you sent me on a regular basis. I’m glad we stayed in contact all these years. I’m especially glad I got to see you one last time at the rehabilitation center. Much love to you my friend. Rest in Jesus’s arms.

Sam I am so sad I just found out  you got your angel wings . I miss you and am so very heartbroken . 💔 I have so many fond memories of you calling me princess and clay the clay man . I forever will love you my best of friends . Condolences to  Tammo your siblings and your dog .♥️🙏🏼😢

My last incoming call on 4/29/25 must have been from Tammo telling me about Sam's passing, as I see that May 7th is when he passed. 
My heart is very sad, I've lost a friend.

My friendship with Sam started in 2018.  Although I never got to meet  him  in person, I KNEW HIM!  We shared so much with each other and laughed many times.  One time, he called while I was driving to Galveston with my husband, and on the speaker phone we must have chatted an hour! 
Every holiday he sent me a beautiful text - The last call I had from Sam was on 4/29/25.
He was my friend and will be missed.

  I worked with Sam thru my employment.  He was the RAY of Sunshine and always had a kind word.  Sam was known by all in our workplace and had the warmest voice and the kindest demeanor about him.  When I left the company, he would always ask about me as I asked about him and sent my love thru our mutual friend.

My dear friend Sam was an absolute joy with a kind heart. He always had witty conversation, and passed on so much knowledge. We enjoyed talking about the "good ole days" he spent in Los Angeles, especially his days working at the flower shop in Santa Monica making deliveries to celebrities and to the nearby hospital, and his work at the Pasadena Playhouse. He "spilled the tea" on which celebrities were a pure joy to encounter, as well as the "not so nice" celebrities who were pure hell, lol. We would sometimes bump heads a little bit on politics, but we quickly changed the subject and talked about another topic. We both loved fashion and the old favorites like Pucci, Halston,  the late Alexander McQueen, Dior, and so many others. He loved watching YouTube - anything from fashion shows to old black and white movies, which were our favorites. I can go on and on, because we had so much in common and so many wonderful conversations. He would always impose the words, "The thing I find interesting is....." whenever we talked about celebrities in the news. I miss you terribly already. May you find eternal peace. It won't be the same without you.
