

Anna was born the daughter of the late David Butler Causby and Emma Ward Causby on January 16th 1916 in Glen Alpine. She was a longtime member of Glen Alpine Baptist Church. Anna’s life was a living testimony of her faith in Jesus Christ and her love of her family. She was known by all for her kind heart and caring attitude towards others.
Along with her parents, Anna is preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Clyde Osborne McCall; five brothers, Shuford, Forest, Arthur, Bill and Max; and two sisters, Minnie and Sadie.
Those left behind to cherish her memory include four daughters, Patricia McCall Good, Judy Nesbitt and her husband, Alan, Roxie Jane McCall, and Deborah McCall Smith and her husband, Gary; a dearly beloved granddaughter, Tara Ragland Mikitarian whom she raised. Anna is also survived by eight other grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
A simple service celebrating Anna’s life will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 22nd 2011 at Glen Alpine Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Glen Alpine Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
The family would like to thank Autumn Care of Drexel, the nurses, CAN’s and other staff members for all the love and support they have given Anna.
