Anna Lizzie Harris

Anna Lizzie Harris, 93, of Van Buren, Arkansas, died, Wednesday, October 27, 2010 in Fort Smith. She was born August 25, 1917 in Van Buren, Arkansas. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of God Seventh Day. She was preceded in death by her husband, LeRoy Harris; her parents, W.N. and Arminta Woodruff; as well as an infant son. She is survived by one daughter, Peggy Harris of Van Buren, AR; three sons, Dennis Harris and his wife, Linda of Van Buren, AR, Gary Harris and his wife, Linda of Rogers, AR, and Larry Harris and his wife, Barbara of Pocola, OK; one sister, Irma L. Harris of Hot Springs, AR; 2 sisters-in-law, Jenny Woodruff and Elsie Cone; one brother-in-law, Ralph Johnson; 6 grandchildren, Eric Harris and his wife, Tina of Springdale, AR, Shelley Kolb and her husband, James of Houston, TX, Daren Harris and his wife, Erin of Conway, AR, Aaron Harris of Tulsa, OK, Marla Harris of Barling, AR, and James Harris and his wife, Misty of Van Buren, AR and 9 great grandchildren, Jackson Harris, Grayson Harris, Mason Harris, Anna Kathleen Harris, Grace Harris, Cade Harris, Luke Harris, Shelby Harris, and Callie Harris. Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, October 30, 2010 at Edwards Van-Alma Chapel with burial at Gill Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Eric Harris, Daren Harris, Aaron Harris, James Harris, and James Kolb. The family will visit with friends from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Friday, October 29, 2010 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Hwy, Van Buren, AR.
