Annella Brewer

Annella Brewer, 95, of Van Buren, passed away Tuesday, January 19, 2021 in Barling. She was born August 13, 1925 in Alma to Tom and Anna Marie (Steinke) Pinkerton. She had worked for Whirlpool, and was a faithful member of the Cedarville First Assembly of God Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, J. Earl Brewer; a daughter, Jane Dickson; two stepsons, Earl Brewer, Jr. and Laverne Brewer; a granddaughter, Amanda Beth; three sisters, Martha, Viola, and Emma; and six brothers, Roland, Alvin, Julius, Richard, James, and Tom Pinkerton.

She is survived by a daughter, Sharon Tugwell and husband Ken of Mayflower; four sons, Wayne Brewer of Many, LA; Robert Brewer and wife Nancy of Broken Arrow; Gary Brewer of Iva, SC; and Keith Brewer of Cedarville; nineteen grandchildren, Lee Ann, Little Wayne, Stephanie, Cindy, Melanie, Todd, Tammy, Bobby, Heather, Tiffany, Boone, Dustin, David, Christy, Amanda, Breanna, Bryan, Jada, and Bridgett; thirty-one great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 23, 2021 at Cedarville First Assembly of God with interment to follow at Salem Cemetery, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.

Pallbearers will be Travis Prescott, Aaron Newell, Noah Newell, Bobby Brewer, Johnny Wayne Brewer, Chris Felterman, and Chance Prescott.

Viewing will be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday, January 22, 2021, at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren, AR.
