He is survived by his wife Tonya, of the home; two sons, Danny Polk of Mulberry, AR and Mark Polk of Alma, AR; his mother, Mary Polk of Mulberry, AR; a sister, Cathy Jones of Hope, AR; three brothers, Allen Polk of Mulberry , AR, Joe Polk of Mulberry, AR and Tom Polk of Mulberry, AR and four grandchildren.
Graveside service will be 10:00 A.M. Friday, July 15, 2011 at Pope Cemetery in Graphic, AR under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
