

Charles Riley Foley, 84 of Van Buren, died, Tuesday, March 23, 2010 in a local hospital. He was born October 15, 1925 in Crawford County. He served in the U.S. Air Force during WWII and was a retired supervisor for GNB Industrial Battery, he also worked for Hickory Springs Manufacturing.
He is survived by his wife, Loretta, of the home; two daughters, Joyce Dalton and her husband, Jim of Cabot, AR and Cristy Clements and her husband, Ed of Bauxite, AR; two sons, Terry Foley and his wife, Carol of Fort Smith, AR and David Foley and his wife, Sheila of Harristown, IL; two sisters, Darleen Bernard of Alma, AR and Tammy Holt of Alma, AR; four brothers, Don Foley of Fort Smith, AR, Bobby Foley of Van Buren, AR, Dean Foley of Van Buren, AR, and Gene Foley of Hartford, AR; five grandchildren, Matt and Erin Dalton, Amber, Eric, and Matthew Marler, and Riley Clements; as well as four great grandchildren, Aiden, Brooke, Kylee, and Dylan.
Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M. Friday, March 26, 2010 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Alma Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Dean Foley, Larry Hunter, Layton Davis Jr, Stewart Sargent, and Matt Dalton. Honorary pallbearers will be Layton Davis, Sr and Gene Foley.
The family will visit with friends from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Thursday, March 25, 2010 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Hwy, Van Buren, AR.
