Gerald Edward Shook, 73, of Fort Smith, AR, died Thursday, October 5, 2011 in a local nursing home. He was born June 3, 1938 in Pelsor, AR. He was a retired factory worker for Firestone Corporation.
He is survived by a sister, Juanita Pack and her husband James of Roland, OK; four step-sisters, Eunice Robinson of Paris, AR, Veda Reed of Paducah, KY, Evelyn Kennedy of Paducah, KY and Jonnie Earnhart of Harrison, AR ; a nephew, Randy Pack of Barling, AR.
He will be cremated under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home in Van Buren, AR.
