Joyce Harris, 88, of Van Buren, passed away Thursday, June 2, 2022 in Fort Smith. She was born August 16, 1933 in Van Buren to the late Jack and Gladys (Lupton) Harrendorf. She was a homemaker, a retired Registered Nurse from St. Edward Mercy Medical Center, and had worked for the Van Buren School System for twelve years as School Nurse. She was a member of Heritage Church in Van Buren.
She is survived by a daughter, Judy Parks of Atlanta; three sons, Wayne Harris of Freeport, FL, and John and Joe Harris both of Van Buren; a brother, Dr. Cagle Harrendorf of Little Rock; seven grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
Private graveside memorial service will be held at Gracelawn Cemetery. Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
