He is survived by two daughters, Melissa Green of Hartly, DE and Charleen McDowell of Rockwell, TX; his companion, Peggy Minshull of the home; a sister, Nita Romine of Austin, AR; two brothers, Robert Loren Arthur of Garner, AR and Ricki Lee Arthur of Sparta, MO; four grandchildren, Justin Logan Green, Marcus McDowell II, Chase McDowell, and Seth McDowell.
He will be cremated under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home in Van Buren, AR.
