

Lois Wilford “Bo” Harris, 90, of Figure Five, passed away Friday, May 29, 2015 at his home. He was born July 19, 1924 in Figure Five to the late Richard and Mamie Harris. He retired from Jones Truck Lines, and was a member of the Unity Baptist Church in Van Buren. He was a lifetime member of the Uniontown Masonic Lodge, a 50-year member of the Van Buren Masonic Lodge #6, a lifetime member of the Crawford County Volunteer Fire Department District 5; and was an honorary member of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters in Fort Smith Local Union #373. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Rofkahr; a granddaughter, Lynda Davis; and three sisters, Dorothy Harris, Beulah Stewart, and Velma Wilson.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Harris of the home; two daughters, Cheryl Hebard of Figure Five, and Anita Gibson of Eagle Rock, MO; a brother, Raymond Harris and wife Rita of Figure Five; three grandchildren, John Hebard, David Hebard, and Joy Holman; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews who fondly called him Uncle Bo.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, June 1, 2015 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Chapel with interment to follow at Gracelawn Cemetery in Van Buren, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
Pallbearers will be Teasie Harris, Bradley Harris, Glen Adams, Rick Holman, Dale Balls, and Steve Marion. Members of the Van Buren Masonic Lodge #6 will serve as honorary pallbearers.
The family will visit with friends from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sunday, May 31, 2015, at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren, AR.
