Michael "Mike" Eugene Ferrua

Michael Eugene Ferrua, age 61, of Claremore, Oklahoma passed away on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Michael was born August 18, 1960 in Marin County, California, the son of the late William and Lillian Ferrua. Michael worked for Boise Cascade as a door maker from 2016 on. Previous work included 20 years of glass shaping and working at Dillmeier Enterprises.

Michael is survived by his companion, Tamy Chambers, of the home; daughter, Vanessa Chanthavy and husband David of Van Buren, AR; son, Michael Ferrua II and wife Tiffany of Van Buren, AR; stepson, Wesley Vorhies and wife Shoshannah of Novato, CA; stepdaughter, Candace Dutton and husband Scotty of Broken Arrow, OK; mother, Lillian Ferrua of Novato, CA; sister, Louise Carroll of Bartlesville, OK; brothers, Billy and Anthony Ferrua of Novato, CA; grandchildren Damion Chanthavy, Maddox Chanthavy, Adriana Chanthavy, and Dawson Ferrua all of Van Buren, AR; and Zoe and Nathan Vorhies of Novato, CA.

A memorial service for Michael will be held Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 10:00 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren, Arkansas 72956. The family will receive friends immediately following the memorial service.
